The goal is to provide quality project management, implementation and support to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. We will provide our clients with one focal point from project initiation to execution for a successful, well-organized InterChange implementation.

EDI Support
The LPS InterChange EDI Controls & Audit system was developed to allow clients to easily determine the status of transmissions. The system provides an automated tool to monitor and audit transmissions through online screens and retains data for up to one year, providing an audit trail of data transmission information.

PowerCell
LPS' PowerCell provides premier support services on a consistent basis to our InterChange clients. PowerCell is a term used to describe the focal point of contact between the customer and LPS, ensuring that we meet our customers' needs. Mapping
Compliance with regulations and statutes set forth by government agencies and other third parties is critical to the success of any mortgage-related organization. The LPS InterChange team of experts ensures that requirements for data delivery are satisfied. For example, many of the Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) require data to be delivered and received in ANSI X12 format. Also major insurance carriers require the mortgage community to submit borrower insurance information using X12. LPS InterChange accommodates both requirements and continues to work with these agencies to create the most efficient and compliant network available.

Tandem and MessageWay Support
Operations are responsible for the daily performance of the production Tandem and test Tandem systems. Mailboxes are setup in this area along with routing tables for different EDI files.

Educational Services
Based upon our extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and the LPS system, we are able to provide comprehensive training and educational services resulting in increased efficiency and greater cost controls.
